Founded in 2012, Arrowhead Pipeline Services is a partnership of GR and Shaena Carter and Tom and Lou Ann Smith.  The majority of the ownership is Native American, which we take pride in. 

President

Tom Smith has 17 years experience in the Pipeline Industry and has worked multiple areas such as: X-ray, Inspection, Maintenance and Main line construction.  Tom was a Pipeline Inspector for 12 years, as an Inspector, Tom inspected over various pipeline contractors for multiple pipeline companies.

Vice President

Lou Ann Smith has worked in the Pipeline Industry for the past 14 years.  Lou Ann began her career working for Williams Pipeline, and then transitioned to Magellan Pipeline where she worked for 9 years as an Asset Integrity Analyst helping in the development of  Magellan's HCA Integrity Plans.
